- Calling of the Clans (registration) begins at 5pm
- Ceremonies start at dusk (~6:40pm)
- ~6:45pm: Welcome
- ~6:50pm: Songs and Music of Scotland with Ed Miller and John Taylor
- ~7:15pm: Torchlight Ceremony & Calling of the Scottish Clans
- ~8:00-10:00pm: Concert in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent
- 8-9pm: Jil Chambless and Scooter Muse
- 9-10pm: Ed Miller, John Taylor, Jil Chambless and Scooter Muse
- 8:30am: Gates Open
- 9:15am: Raising of the Flags & Official Opening Ceremony. Jil Chambless sings the National Anthem.
- 10-10:45am: Ed Miller, John Taylor, Jil Chambless and Scooter Muse perform in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent.
- 10-11am: Highland Mist Scottish Country Dancers with Doug Schneider perform on the Ceremonies Field.
- 10:50-11:30am: Duddy Breeks perform in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent.
- 11:45am-12:30pm: Mitzi MacDonald and Keltic Reign perform in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent
- 12:30pm: Parade of Tartans on the Ceremonies Field. Ed Miller and John Taylor perform.
- 1:30-2:15pm: Peat Fire Flame perform in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent.
- 2:30-3:15pm: John Taylor performs in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent.
- 3:30-4:15pm: Jil Chambless and Scooter Muse perform in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent.
- 4:30pm: Awards and Closing Ceremony on the Ceremonies Field. Ed Miller and John Taylor perform.
- 4:45pm: Massed Pipe Bands
- 5-6pm: Ed Miller, Jill Chambless and Scooter Muse perform in the Alex Sutherland Music Tent.
- 6:00pm: Scottish Games of 2012 Over
Followed by all day ceremonies, music, athletics, dancing, pipebands, sheepdog demonstrations, history, storytelling and more, including:
- Highland dancing
- Piping, drumming and massed pipebands
- Heavy athletic competitions
- Medieval Knight Sword Fights
- Sheep herding demonstrations
- Livestock, Scottish dogs, falcons and other birds of prey demonstrations
- British car exhibition
- History and storytelling
- Children's activities and the Loch Ness (Nessie) Monster
- Scottish and American food, beverages and merchandise
